Welcome to Passen Inc. (“Passen”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We help you find clothing that fits—perfectly. Our smartphone app enables you to obtain precise body measurements and share them with clothing providers (“Partners”) so they can recommend apparel that suits your unique shape.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to our app, website, software, and any features or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). It explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you, and what rights you have over your data.

A. What Information We Collect
1. Information You Provide

- Basic details like your name, height, weight, age, and gender
- Profile photos (front and side) used only for generating your body measurement silhouette.
- These images are processed directly on your smartphone.
- They are never stored, never leave your device, and are immediately deleted after silhouette extraction.
- The only exception is when a measurement process error occurs (e.g., user posture, lighting, or framing issues). In those rare cases, restricted access may be temporarily granted to Passen—and if required, a trusted Partner—for troubleshooting and product improvement.
- Contact information such as your phone number, email address, or mailing address
- Shopping feedback and other content you choose to submit
Your Data, Your Rights: You own your personal data. Passen uses it solely to provide Services to you. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@passen.com.
2. Information Collected Automatically

We use this data to improve functionality and personalize your experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
B. How We Use Your Information

- Recommend better-fitting apparel
- Improve and refine our app experience and functionality
- Conduct internal analysis and prepare anonymized reports for Partners

C. When We Share Your Information
1. With Partners and Service Providers
We may share necessary data with Partners or third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, support services) who help us deliver our Services. These parties are given access only to the data required to perform their function and are contractually required to protect it.
2. For Safety and Legal Reasons
We may share data if necessary to:

3. In Business Transfers

D. How We Protect and Store Your Data
1. Security Measures
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption, secure servers (e.g., SSL), and strict internal policies to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
2. Data Storage
Your data is currently stored in Canada. In some cases, it may be securely transferred to affiliates or third-party providers for internal operations. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
3. Access Credentials
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials (username/password) secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
4. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for up to 5 years after your account becomes inactive or your access ends—whichever is longer. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
E. Your Communications with Us
If you reach out via the app or email, you agree to receive our replies electronically. While we do our best to protect email communication, please be aware that the internet isn’t 100% secure.
F. Accessing or Modifying Your Data
You can update your personal info directly within the app. You may also:

- Ask us to correct, delete, or stop using your data
Send a request to hello@passen.com. We’ll respond in a reasonable time, and as required by applicable law. A small administrative fee may apply where allowed.
G. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version in our app and note the change date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll also display a notice in the app for at least 4 weeks.
Your continued use of our Services after any update means you accept the revised Policy.
